On the right from the main entrance there is the sitting room with refined furnitures where dominates a magnificent fireplace. This area is provided with tasteful sofas and armchairs and adorned by a beautiful piano Steinway & Sons.
On the left of the entrance there is an elegant dining room with a dining table for 14 people. All the tiles of the living areas dates back to early XXth century. Follows the kitchen fully equipped, a dinette with fireplace, the breakfast room, the bathroom, the store room, the boiler room and the laundry room. All the rooms have direct access to the garden.
This floor can be reached via the main staircase or through a secondary staircase leading also to the attic.
The first floor hosts the sleeping area with 6 bedrooms (1 with a king size bed) all furnished with style and taste are spread as follows: 2 suites with private bathroom, 1 suite, 1 guest room with 2 twin beds, a vast bathroom and a wide terrace, 2 bedrooms with bathroom. The sleeping area hallway ends to a small sitting room with a small terrace and big windows (original from early '900), overlooking the valley.
This area hosts another bedroom with a single bed and a toilet.
In this premise there is a living room, a kitchen and 2 more double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
The interiors are refined, comfortable and welcoming. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets. Included free Wi-Fi throughout the villa. Pets are allowed (not inside the rooms).
