Outside, the modern villa features 52 external steps. Its lovely sunny lake view position provides a breath taking setting for daytime relaxing and ambient evening entertaining. A sunny lawn is complemented by a covered lake view sitting area, a sunny alfresco area and a year-round covered terrace; with glass topped dining area and rustic BBQ.
It is not allowed to walk on the outer edge of the pool, otherwise there is a danger of falling (pool is 1.60m deep). Please keep children under observation. We decline any responsibility in case of accident.

We offer a range of extra facilities, which are available for hire through our office 'Happy Holiday Homes' in Menaggio: Cot Hire - EU 20 per week, High Chair - EU 15 per week, Push Chair - EU 25 per week, Camp Bed – EU 85 per week, Wi-Fi or USB Internet Stick - EU 35 per week (includes EU 10 consumable credit). Please note that signal and connectivity is not guaranteed and may depend on the strength of the signal in your rental property.
Making a Booking
To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
We very much enjoyed our experience with Happy Holiday Homes from start to finish. The information pack was very useful and easy to use. We went to the office on the first day and was given some excellent advice from one of your colleagues as to where is best to visit on Lake Como. In regards to the property the location was excellent and the facilities lovely and clean. We very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you for providing us with a great holiday experience.
